What we collect

• Email signups. When you join our newsletter or challenge, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. These are sent to our email service providers to send you emails.
• Quiz answers. Your quiz answers are processed in your browser to calculate your result. We do not store them. If you ask us to email your plan, we record your result profile (for example, "Active and training") with your signup.
• Polls and surveys. Responses are anonymous. We store your answers but not your name or email. A cookie remembers that you have voted.
• Technical data. Our servers keep standard logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and ads

We use a small number of cookies for site features such as remembering poll votes. If advertising is enabled, ad partners such as Google may set cookies to show and measure ads.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws can ask to access or delete their personal information by emailing privacy@getproteins.com.
